I might need an ever better way to document information to make use of bits and pieces randomly collected along the way. Because right now i just throw a lot of stuff out there on Twitter, mail myself links, post some visual stuff on Instagram and have a growing archive of useless Screenshots.
I am pretty sure that i watched Unity’s Director of XR Research, Timoni West talk about the then status quo in 2017. And here she is in 2018. Maybe i can go and visit Siggraph in person one day. Not 2019. That is for sure. Great to see that Unity is working on these solutions. That leaves enough room for me to dig deeper into a content-driven framework. Shameful to see that our baby steps with XR DOK feel so clunky compared to the elegance of working directly in VR.

LinkedIn lists 4,600 augmented reality designer and developer jobs worldwide. A year ago, that number was under 100.
Yet another article about Sundance 2019. The Verge presents a bunch of nice examples. I am especially intrigued by the work of Marshmallow Laser Feast: Sweet Dreams. They seem to have exactly the right feeling for visuals and all the rest. In the eye.
